THE owner of the Packhouse at Runfold will have to argue his case to a Department of Environment inspector, if he wants to avoid demolishing an unauthorised building at the centre.

Paul Hewett has lodged an appeal against an enforcement notice issued in August by Waverley council, requiring demolition of the building which is being used by an interior design business.
