HAMPSHIRE Constabulary has been asking people what they want to see happen when it comes to fighting crime.
In order to set its local community policing priorities for Longmoor and Butser, the force surveyed residents between January and April.
“To ensure that we are working effectively in the community, we need you to tell us the biggest issues that you are concerned about,” Hampshire police asked residents.
“Our aim is to reduce anti-social behaviour and crime; increase confidence in the police, and to help ensure that your neighbourhood remains a safe place in which to live and work.”
Now the results are in, a spokesman said there was a consensus.
“All three areas of Longmoor have residential burglary (dwelling) as the priority,” she explained.
