VICTIMS of crime in villages are almost 14 per cent more likely to be burgled than those in town centres, according to figures taken from a new Home Office crime map.

The information was published as part of an interactive crime map at http://www.police.uk">www.police.uk, allowing people across the UK to see what crime and ant-isocial behaviour is happening on their doorsteps.
