PARENTS of pupils at Headley's Holme Primary School are "up in arms" after a bus timetable change has meant their children are left unsupervised in the mornings.
Stagecoach adjusted the timings of its number-18 bus which, although it services local schools, is a public bus, to address issues surrounding "punctuality".
But the changes have meant that children, aged four to 11, who use the bus are arriving at school almost 30 minutes before lessons start and, if it was not for parents taking it in turns to go on the bus with them, would be left unattended.
Headley Down resident Donna Hopwood, whose 10-year-old son George attends the school, said she was shocked when she discovered the issue.
