“This partnership is about much more than a name on a shirt.”

Those were the words of the vice-chairman of Farnham Rugby Club after securing a partnership deal with a Crondall firm ahead of an historic season.

Everyone loves a good Natta – and especially FRFC as the building firm has further cemented its relationship with the club by becoming its principal partner for the 2026/27 season.

The name of the firm will take pride of place on the front of Farnham’s shirt as its First VX competes at the highest level in the club’s history.

Natta has been a long-term supporter but the new partnership marks a “significant step forward” during one of the most exciting periods in the club’s history.

The club is seeing growth in all areas and boasts one of the largest mini and junior sections in the region. Natta’s support will further help FRFC to continue its expansion and investment, while creating more opportunities for players, members and the wider community.

“We have always believed that successful local businesses should contribute to the communities around them,” said Natta managing director, John Whelan.

“Farnham Rugby Club brings together more than 1,000 people of all ages, and we're proud to deepen a partnership that supports not just rugby today, but opportunities, friendships and participation for the next generation.”

Gavin Baker, vice chairman of Farnham Rugby Club, called Natta a successful local business that “understands the club” and shares its commitment.

He added: “Their own ethos of ‘modern thinking, traditional values’ feels particularly relevant to us.

“We are ambitious for the future while remaining firmly rooted in the teamwork, respect and values that make rugby, and this club, special.

“We’re delighted to have Natta alongside us for the next stage of that journey.”
