DOWNING Street’s famous Lloyd and Keyworth Music shop, which has been a proud member of the Farnham business scene since 1951, closed its doors on Tuesday due to retirement as owners take the business fully online.

The team would like to take this opportunity to thank their many loyal customers, some of whom are third generation, and to let them know that they will be missed.

However, they are not vanishing completely. The Lloyd and Keyworth website www.grandpianos.com is in the process of being updated after which they will be offering a range of services.

One of the services includes piano consultancy, where customers can gain knowledge on buying or selling upright and grand pianos. Alongside this the team have access to an unrivalled stock of new and re-built instruments from all leading makers to suit all budgets.

Also on offer will be piano tuning and restoration and piano removal. The rental of violins and cellos will continue as will the woodwind and brass repair service with a collection and home delivery service.
