A BY-ELECTION, to be run by Waverley Council, is to be held on October 28 after Liberal Democrat Surrey county councillor for Waverley West, Dr Camilla Inglis, resigned earlier this month as she is about to move to Yorkshire.
The former psychology lecturer at the University of London had held the seat, covering Thursley, Elstead, Tilford, Frensham, Churt and Dockenfield, for more than 14 years.
