A SAVAGE 20 per cent cut in its funding by East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) has led the district's citizens' advice bureau to make a last-ditch appeal to the authority for a change of heart.

The crucial meeting with EHDC, in attempt to get it to reduce the shortfall, is set to take place with the trustees from East Hampshire Citizens Advice Bureau next Tuesday.
