A FARNHAM councillor has made a plea for the town's traffic problems to be taken out of Surrey County Council's "too difficult" drawer where, he says, they have been languishing for too long.
Alan Lovell, who represents Upper Hale on Waverley, spoke as a progress report (or "no progress report" as he called it) was being given to Surrey's Waverley Local Committee on Waverley's Air Quality Action Plan.
