COUNCILLOR Jeremy Austin-Olsen called for tightening up procedures following a risk evaluation report into a leakage risk in Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council's current procedures.

He suggested that all councillors sign a confidentiality clause every year to remind them of exempt and confidential matters and should come to the parish office to sign such documents in and out.
