CAMP Bestival’s ‘Around the World In 18 Raves’ reached its final port last weekend at Farnham Maltings in a sell-out event.

Roughly 500 people went along to the evening, with parents and children spending time dancing to DMC turntable champion and ‘Hear the Drummer get Wicked’ legend Chad Jackson.

Chad, DJ, headlined the night, with Big Fish Little Fish (BFLF) residents and classic Camp Bestival family entertainment getting the whole family jigging in the rigging.

BFLF founder Hannah Saunders had a great time on stage, letting off the bubble machine, confetti cannons and throwing lots of balloons out into the crowd.

She said: “Fun, friends, family and fantastic music - it was a really welcoming, up-for-it family crowd.

“All generations were laughing and dancing together.

“It was my favourite Farnham party yet and I hope BFLF will be back next year.  See you on the dancefloor!”

There was also a baby chillout area, play-dough table, tents and tunnels, and colouring and craft tables.

A large number of children enjoyed making octopus head-dresses with BFLF communications director Natasha Morabito.

Children of all ages enjoyed the night, from babies in slings to older children on their parents’ shoulders.
