A MOTORIST who ran over a cyclist in Chiddingfold left him lying in the road bleeding and drove away from the scene.

Christopher Robertson, whose parents Sue and Andy Robertson run Rumbolds Stud, in Plaistow, West Sussex, left retired IT consultant Leslie Smith for dead, a court at Guildford was told.
