AFTER years stuck at five past nine, the Gatehouse clock at Farnham Castle has finally moved on, thanks to former mayor Gillian Beel.

Mrs Beel chose the restoration of the clock, made by the same clockmakers who made Big Ben, as the project she would support during her year in office.
