A FEASABILITY study into the future of Farnham's cemetery chapels, undertaken last year, is starting to bear fruit, with one likely to be sold for conversion to residential use and another earmarked as a workshop.

The study, which was jointly funded by the Farnham Buildings Preservation Trust and Farnham Town Council, examined a number of options for the future use of the chapels, all of which had fallen into neglect.

Martin Lloyd, chairman of the trust, said: "It's great to see that the ideas that were tested during the study are now starting to take shape as tangible projects."
