A BUSINESS centre has been officially opened at Landmark House in Hook with the help of MP Ranil Jayawardena.
The MP for North East Hampshire was joined by building owner Richard Burbage and clients who have office space in the building.
Landmark House provides office space, aimed at high–end services. It is tailored for small businesses, which need to upgrade from an office in a room at home to a professional setting.
The property was formerly known as EEF House. It was bought in December 2015 and renamed. The first small business tenants moved into their smart, new offices last January.
The old furnishings did not go to waste as desks, chairs and filing cabinets were donated to Robert May’s School in Odiham.
Speaking on social media, Mr Jayawardena said: “It was a pleasure to attend the opening of Landmark House in Hook last week, and to see first hand the array of facilities available.
“I was very pleased to see former Robert May’s School pupils Richard Burbage and Andy Denham who have both worked so hard to deliver these fantastic premises – staying in the area and continuing to do business here. Small businesses are incredibly important to both our economy.”
