RESIDENTS in the area around Bordon's Chalet Hill traffic lights this week welcomed the news that an air-quality review is to be carried out by East Hampshire District Council, which has found a rise in nitrogen-dioxide levels from traffic fumes.
High levels of nitrogen dioxide can affect the health of those suffering with asthma, bronchitis and breathing difficulties.
