PA SERIES of free skate, BMX and scooter workshops are being hosted by Waverley Borough Council, including one in Haslemere on August 11.
The day-long events are an opportunity for young people to be coached by the pros and show off their new tricks.
The sessions are designed to help riders of all levels and abilities, aged seven to 18, to take their skills to the next level. From starting out on the ramp as a total beginner to perfecting a 180, professional skaters, BMXers and scooter riders will be on hand to give tuition, advice and perform the latest tricks.

Young people are encouraged to drop in for a few hours or come for the full day, to take part or simply watch some amazing stunts performed by the pros. BMX, skateboard, roller blade, roller skate, mountain bike and scooter riders are welcome to take part.
