BRIDGES Estate Agents are holding a Charity 20:20 Cricket Match against Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, with all proceeds going to support the hospice which provides for people who are living with a terminal illness.

The match takes place later today (Thursday), at Farnham Cricket Club. It will start at 4pm and is expected to last for around three hours, after which the celebrations will continue with a prizegiving at Borelli’s Wine Bar in Farnham.

Entry is free and all ages are welcome, Popped Truck will be there with its prosecco truck, so people are invited to bring a picnic rug and some nibbles, grab some space on the grass and enjoy a glass of fizz while watching the match.

Ruth Masters, fundraising manager at Phyllis Tuckwell, said: “We would like to thank Bridges for organising this event and for their ongoing corporate partnership with Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care.

“We would also like to thank the local businesses who are supporting this event - Borelli’s, Allways Glazing Works Ltd, Kall Kwik and West Street Newsagents. It promises to be a fantastic event, so come and join in the fun.”
