FARNHAM Golf Club in The Sands will host a charity golf day in aid of Citizens Advice Waverley on Friday, April 15.

The fun-packed event promises 18 holes of golf, a shotgun start, various competitions, a two-course lunch and charity auction of lots including work experience at KPMG, a Sir Peter Blake print and a three night stay in a Cornwall cottage.

All proceeds from this event go to Citizens Advice Waverley which gives free, confidential information and advice to assist people with money, legal, consumer and other problems.

• A screening of the original 1968 version of The Thomas Crown Affair will also be held in aid of Citizens Advice Waverley on Friday, April 8, at the Wilfred Noyce Centre in Godalming.
