HEARTLESS thieves have stolen a pair of highly-prized binoculars from a charity shop in Petersfield.

Volunteers at the High Street shop say they are appalled and dismayed at the culprits, who left the empty box behind.
Sadly, the depressing incident is just the tip of the iceberg, as the shop has been increasingly targeted by thieves in recent months.
