AN urgent appeal for more volunteers has come from a Petersfield group which provides an invaluable service to disabled people, whether they are permanently wheelchair bound or temporarily incapacitated.

Petersfield Shopmobility, which operates in the town's central car park, could have to close at certain times unless more people come forward to offer their services.
