A CHIDDINGFOLD man who twice indecently assaulted a friend's wife and years later committed a similar offence against a woman for whom he was doing building work, ended up £2,000 worse off last week.
At the end of the five-day trial, John Black, a self-employed builder of Fisher Lane, Chiddingfold, was found guilty by a 10-2 majority jury verdict of two charges of indecent assault on a woman between April and September 1996.
