WITH concerns growing about proposed planning developments across the parish, hundreds of residents in southern Liphook have joined a new action group to protest against the proposed development at Chiltley Farm. More than 140 residents have already registered online for the Chiltley Farm Action Group with hundreds more expressing support. The group, which has distributed 500 leaflets in the surrounding area, has been set up to argue for a more strategic approach to Liphook's future and raise legitimate objections to the Chiltley Farm development, which is now being assessed by East Hampshire District Council's planing committee. The site is adjacent to the Berg Estate. For full story, see this week's Liphook Herald.
