BLOOR Homes made a presentation to Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council's planning committee regarding emerging proposals for land at Chiltley Farm.
The firm also gave feedback on the views of more than 200 residents who attended the public exhibition of the proposals in January.
Approximately 110 homes are proposed on the site, currently operated as a chicken farm, with a single proposed access via Willow Gardens on the adjacent Berg Estate.
The site is adjacent to the existing settlement boundary and has been identified by East Hampshire District Council as a possible development site in its Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment.
Rod Bluh, on behalf of Bloor Homes Southern, presented the results of the consultation, where some 88 questionnaires were completed both at the event and online. In addition many residents on the neighbouring Berg Estate wrote to express concern.
The main issue was the impact of traffic arising from the development and its access through the Berg Estate.
