A RIBBON of light will be wrapped around Haslemere Town Hall at Christmas in an unique installation project which involves the whole town.

Artist Kitty Laity has involved schools, care homes and anyone who has a few spare moments in creating a giant Christmas present out of old plastic shopping bags.
