AN appeal has gone out in a effort to catch the culprits responsible for fly-tipping a quantity of rubbish behind a church in Liss.

The rubbish, made up of building materials and all in plastic bags, was believed to have been dumped on private land at the Liss Evangelical Church premises in Mint Road, off Forest Road, in Liss Forest between Sunday and Wednesday of last week.
