HAMPSHIRE Police and the RSPCA have clashed over a dead pony found dumped in a Crondall lane last Friday.

Having both sent officers to inspect the pony in Itchel Lane, the RSPCA has condemned the incident and appealed for more information whereas the police say no crime was committed and have refused to investigate.
