COMPERE Jerry Janes and Alton College students were at The Swan Hotel for Tuesday's Jane Austen Regency Week fashion show.

The event, which attracted an enthusiastic audience, was part of the celebration of the 200th anniversary of Jane Austen's arrival in the area.
