THE Audit Commmission has demanded to see paperwork relating to payments made to clerk Tony Groves in the long-running dispute over the investigation into affairs at Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council.
Don Jerrard, chairman of the accounts and annual return working party, delivered a public statement which revealed the public finance watchdog's involvement in the often bitter public quarrel over relationships between the council employee Mr Groves and several councillors.
