A HASLEMERE woman who claimed more than £13,500 in benefits while working as an office manager has been sentenced to a one-year community service order to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.

Jayne Drinkwater, of Whitfield Road, Haslemere, appeared at South West Surrey Magistrates' Court in Guildford last Friday to be sentenced for benefit fraud.
