A STANDARD monthly season ticket from Farnham to Waterloo now costs £329.50 and an annual pass costs £3,432, following the new year fare hike imposed on rail travellers.

South West Trains has set an average fare rise of 5.8 per cent - lower than the 8.2 per cent expected, but still an inflation-busting increase.
