PARISH councillors sat through another lengthy legal discussion in a bid to finally resolve the row over a compensation payment to clerk Tony Groves.
In an unprecedented move, Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council invited Steven Lugg, from the Hampshire Association of Local Councils, and Roger Taylor, of Headley's solicitors, to Monday's monthly meeting, in order to give statements on the council's decision-making process.
