THE Bordon Area Action Group, which is opposed to the current eco-town vision, has criticised East Hampshire District Council's masterplan.
It has said that it doesn't address how new jobs and shops will be attracted to the town, how increased travel demands will be met, and how wildlife will be protected.
In a statement last week, the group branded the council's public consultation, on the second draft of the eco-town masterplan, as "just a box-ticking token".
