DEPRESSION caused by the burden of caring has been blamed for the death of a "loving wife and mother" from Clanfield.
A coroner heard on Wednesday how the grieving husband of Louise Malins felt so "very very sorry" for his late wife.
The 48 year old, from Windmill Close, died during the early hours of May 23 after falling onto the northbound A3 near the Chalton Lane flyover.
The inquest at Portsmouth Guildhall heard that a suicide note was found in her clothing while a copy was left in the kitchen at home.
