BRAMSHOTT and Liphook Parish Council clerk Tony Groves has been "suspended" and asked to vacate the Haskell Centre council offices.

The decision to suspend Mr Groves was taken at a secret session of the finance and policy committee on Monday night, which also excluded members of the council who are not on that committee and who are normally allowed to sit in as observers.
