FEARS that cuts to buses might be on the horizon were voiced this week after Hampshire County Council announced a review of its subsidised services.
Headley county councillor Ferris Cowper, who leads the district council, urged people to speak up, and said ignoring the needs of those who rely on subsidised bus services would lead to a "broken society".
