SENIOR staff at a long-standing Bordon business this week said "the town is set for failure" with East Hampshire District Council at the helm.
Service manager at Bordon Tyre and Exhaust Barry Parker accused the council of "continuous failings" which have stifled the expansion of his business.
Following concerns over parking and traffic, Mr Parker applied for change of use on another unit on the Woolmer Trading Estate but was "devastated" when the council turned it down on November 6.
