TOWN councillors this week said they felt they have been kept "in the dark" over plans for a proposed breakaway to form a Sheet Parish Council.
And with consequences likely, including the potential effect on Petersfield rate payers should the parting of ways go ahead, councillors felt town residents should be a part of the consultation.
