A £35,000 grant submitted to Waverley Borough Council for an artificial sports pitch in Woolmer Hill, Haslemere has been recommended for approval.
Submitted under the matched-funding scheme the grant will go towards the £352,500 to provide a fenced and floodlit artificial turf pitch.
