WAVERLEY council leader Richard Gates has announced a comprehensive review of Waverley Borough Council's response to the recent adverse weather, instigated by chief executive Mary Orton.
The repeated incidents of snow and ice meant that residents gathered up to four weeks' waste before receiving a collection and most car parks were unuseable for up to a week.
