BRAMSHOTT and Liphook Parish Council, already reeling from false claims that its clerk 'stalked' former vice-chairman Nikki Young, was hit by a second blow this week.

Diane Hart, assistant to Tony Groves who is on gardening leave until the situation is resolved, quit her post after just 13 months.
