FRENSHAM residents' complaints about the neglected surface of the main road through the village landed in the laps of councillors last Friday.

A petition bearing 244 signatures calling for remedial action was presented by Frensham resident David O'Gorman at a meeting of Surrey's Waverley Local Committee.
