THE row over on-street car park charges is set to take a new twist tomorrow when borough and county councillors square up at a meeting.

Proposals for installing parking meters in Haslemere town centre will be unveiled at a public meeting at Dunsfold's Winn Hall.

It coincides with the start of an anti-on-street charges campaign by Haslemere Rail Users' Group.
