THE massive task of getting people home from Europe in the wake of the unprecedented travel chaos caused by the Iceland volcanic ash crisis is in full swing.

And for one Petersfield couple, who were looking forward to a long weekend in Vienna to celebrate a 50th birthday and a 23rd wedding anniversary, the moment the realised they would have to cancel was just the start of their problems.
