A 34 year old from Holt Pound has been found guilty of drink driving and banned from driving for 12 months.
Natalie Bond, of Bartlett Avenue, pleaded not guilty to the offence last July but was found guilty after a trial at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on December 13.
She was caught driving an Audi A3 on the A325 at Holt Pound on June 22, 2021, and found to have 42 microgrammes (mg) of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg.
She was handed a £200 fine and ordered to pay £200 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service as well as a £34 surcharge for victim services.
Bond was also handed a 12 month driving ban, which can be reduced by three months on completion of a course.
