Emily Fletcher, 34, was sentenced to two years and two months in prison at Winchester Crown Court last week after admitting a string of theft, burglary and assault offences.

She also stole a mobile scanning device worth £300 from Admiral Casino in July 2026 and £8,000 worth of tobacco during a burglary at Shop Inn in September 2024.
Fletcher pleaded guilty to 19 counts of shoplifting, three further theft offences, burglary, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault by beating and assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty.
The offences were brought together for sentencing at Winchester Crown Court on Friday, October 16.
Police Sergeant Rob Tiller, from the Aldershot Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Emily Fletcher has been a prolific offender in the town and has now been sentenced for a number of offences dating back to 2024.
“We are pleased with the sentence the court has imposed, and I hope it reminds offenders that we will relentlessly pursue you and make sure you face the consequences of your actions.
