A FARNHAM community group held a successful craft morning last week to thank its donors for their generous financial support in 2017.
The Sandy Hill Inclusive Partnership (SHIP) hosted the arts and crafts session at Sandy Hill Community Bungalow to mark the end of a busy week of activities for families during the school holidays.
The Farnham Rotary Club attended the event and presented the community group with a cheque.
SHIP chairperson Melissa Ellenden said: “We had a brilliant time. Forty-five people came for the lunch and the go-karting was a massive success.” She said the money from the Rotary Club will be put towards future events and holidays.
SHIP is a group of local residents and agencies working together to improve outcomes for residents of the Sandy Hill estate.
