CREATIVE youngster Leia Birch is celebrating after winning a dream house colouring competition run by Keats estate agents.

The firm launched the competition at last month’s market and craft fair at Bordon’s Prince Philip Barracks.

At the fair children were asked to draw their dream home and Keats received a number of colourful entries – with six-year-old Leia’s deemed the pick of the bunch.

Abby Wheeler, sales negotiator for Keats Bordon, said: “Lots of children entered our dream house competition and had lots of fun colouring their ideal homes. It was really interesting to see what children think makes a great house.

“After all the entries were in, it was really hard to pick a winner as they were all brilliant, but we loved Leia’s as it was so creative. We presented her with a voucher so that she can enjoy looking for a new toy.”

Leia said: “I had a fun day at the fair and loved drawing my dream house. I was really surprised when I was chosen as the winner as I thought my big sister would win.

“I don’t know what I’m going to buy with my voucher yet. We are going to the toy shop soon. I have drawn some more houses as well.”
