MORE than a dozen children and their parents got creative at Pierrepont Farm’s free autumn art workshop

The nature-themed session ran on Thursday, October 26, and challenged youngsters to use natural materials to create autumnal artworks.

These included pine cone owls, leaf collages, dragonflies and decorated paper bags to carry them all in.

Annika Rice, the farm’s education officer, said: “Most families stayed for about two hours, and it was nice to see some new faces as well as some of our more regular visitors.”

Pierrepont Farm, found next to Frensham Garden Centre in Reeds Road, is owned by charity the Countryside Restoration Trust and runs numerous community events throughout the year.
