ROWLEDGE cricketers have done their community proud, following multiple wins at this year’s North Hants Youth Cricket League Awards at Lord Wandsworth School.

Medals and trophies were handed out by former Hampshire and Kent fast bowler, David Griffiths.

Players won league in top divisions of Under 15, Under 13 and Under 10 girls, plus Under 13s won their cup competition. In addition two boys have won in the bowler of the year categories.

The Under 10 girls included India McBride; Isabel Young; Amy Hinxman; Alice Rees; Chloe Harper; Chloe Riglar; Ella Stevenson; Celeste Long; Elise Grist; Lexie Ayton; Heidi Shayler; Phoebe Foskett; Annabelle Bailey; and Holly Baird.

Other members of the squad not in the photo include Freya Yates, Emilia Thorburn, Libby MacIntyre, Milly Williams, Emily Boshier, Maddie Durrant and Beth Durrant.

James Barnett, Alex Clark, Tom Smith, Will Ryman and Sam Holland, were triumphant in the Under 15 Division 2.

And Oscar Young was joint winner of the Under 13 bowler of the year, while the Under 11 Best Bowler award, went to Hayden Rogers.

Finally big congratulations went to the Under 13 NHYCL Cup winners Oscar Young; Sam Hibberd, Max Witney,Ferdy Marshall, Sam Green, Ben Hinxman, Oliver Hinchliffe, Tom Humphreys, Arthur Bird, Oliver Ryman, Leo Martyn and Ryan Littlewood.
